Really want to try this with one of my shirts. I love the braided straps.

Deep conditioning. Looking at all these roots is just reminding me that I need to color my hair soon. Hopefully this Saturday since we pretty much won’t have a floor instructor. No floor instructor means free services. Free services mean a happy red headed Cassandra again.

For styling week we had until Saturday to come up with our own looks. While I was trying to figure out when I was going to do I came up with this look. Reminds me of elves. First I dry finger waved the hair, next I made two braids on each side of the head and wrapped them around the forehead, and while I was figuring out what to do with the rest of the hair I decided to bring it all to the back and make a bun.

This is, by far, my most favorite look I’ve come up with.

During styling week my instructor wanted us to be creative. I decided to round brush the hair then I gave it a bump.

I suppose you can say it was Mad Men inspired.

The hair on this doll head was about the length of the doll head in my first post. Cut and a blow dry. I think it was a Graduated Bob, I’m not completely sure. It’s a bit uneven at the nape but I think I did a pretty good job.

My absolute favorite outfit I’ve ever worn. Two of my friends from school did my hair. Keilani did the braid that went across my forehead like a headband & Kalia did the curls.

Shirt: Forever 21 $15
Belt: I think that’s also from Forever 21 $10?
Skirt: Target $12
Tights: Kmart $5
Oxfords: H&M $35

About a week process just because I didn’t have time to do it in one day. She started off with the dirty blonde, I bleached all of the color out twice, using Ion, since she had so many layers of previous color, then I colored it Red and Orange using Adore wash in colors.

Curls with a flat iron. Took forever but I loved how they came out.

Blow Dry I did the other day. Was proud of this one. Took forever to do, made my arm and back ache, and pinning the curls irritated me. It was worth it in the end though.

Another flat iron I did at school a few weeks ago. I think that’s my favorite thing. That and blow drying.
